Elif brings an abundance of knowledge to our team, with two and a half years’ experience in the filed of disability support and mental health. Elif also has qualifications in psychology, and with this extensive experience we are very excited for the valuable insights that she will bring to enhance our LiveBig team in Victoria.
Elif has worked with a diverse array of individuals, including those with Autism, ADHD, Personality disorders, clinical depression, and anxiety. Her passion is dedicated to fostering a positive impact on the well-being of the individuals she works with and their support networks.
Elif has a wide range of skills, this includes her expertise in the disability industry, psychological support, technical reporting, communication, emotional intelligence and in her leadership management. She has served as a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner and an Inclusion Disability Support Worker. In addition to her professional abilities, Elif is also proficient in two languages, including English and Turkish.
