Farnaz Khoshmanesh:

Tell us about your work at LiveBig:
I am a Senior Consultant of Occupational Therapy, I support participants with their NDIS goals and look at capacity building through completing Functional Capacity Assessments, sensory profiles, and recommendations for assistive technology.
What is your experience as an OT:
I have 13 years of experience supporting people with wide range of disabilities, including physical, psychosocial, mental, and social disabilities to engage in activities of daily living, in home, community, and clinical settings. I have a strong focus on individual needs of clients.
What are you passionate about:
I am passionate about client-centered care that supports individual goals to engage in meaningful activities of everyday life. I love connecting with clients and hearing their stories and using a holistic approach to care that improves their quality of life.
Samikshya (Sami) Nepal:
Clinician Qualifications: Master of Social Work (Qualifying).
Area of Coverage: North and West.
Tell us about your work at LiveBig:
I am a Social Worker/ NDIS registered Behaviour support practitioner supporting participants with their NDIS goals. I provide support to the participants under Social Work and Improved relationship category.
I am a compassionate, empathetic and dedicated Social Worker with strong commitment to helping others, experience in supporting individuals and communities in need. I have a strong foundation in social work theory, ethics, and practice, and a deep commitment to social justice and human rights.
What is your experience:
I have 2 years of experience supporting participant with complex needs and providing various therapy services such as early childhood intervention and behaviour support. I have a strong focus on individual needs of clients using person centred approach. I have experience working with diverse populations, including children, families, adults and individuals with various disability/ diagnosis and challenges under NDIS.
What are you passionate about:
I am passionate about supporting participants to achieve their goals using holistic based approaches to improve their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
