Kirushna is a speech pathologist who helps children and adults find their voice. She supports speech, language and fluency needs, andworks alongside people who use augmentative and alternativecommunication (AAC) to communicate in ways that feel right forthem.​ She believes a diagnosis is not an identity, but a framework for understanding. Her work is strength-based and client-centred, recognising each person’s capabilities and lived experience.
