What is a fun fact about you that people may not know?
My favourite food is cheese!
Why did you choose to work in this industry?
I have worked in the disability my whole life in many different roles, so I cannot imagine doing anything else.
What do you love about your role?
The variety of work I do and the clients and families I get to meet.
What does an average day in your role look like?
Every day is different but they usually include a mix of home visits, school visits, telehealth appointments and some report writing.
Can you recall a time when you helped make a difference in someone’s life?
I helped a client organise their home in a way that made more sense to them and they were able to manage their routines better and more independently.
