Diana is passionate about fostering collaborative relationships and providing personalised care for participants in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Lana Rafton (QLD)
We welcome Lana Rafton to the team, our new Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Logan City, Queensland. Lana has worked with a range of different people across various ages, living with different disabilities and lived experiences. Most of her experience includes working with children, adolescents and young adults who are neurodiverse or have a brain injury.
