Diana Sercia (VIC)

An experienced Physiotherapist working for the past 5 years in the NDIS community sector, Diana has gained extensive experience in paediatric care for developmental delay, autism, and complex neurological conditions. Diana is passionate about fostering collaborative relationships and providing personalised care for participants in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

 

Lana Rafton (QLD)

We welcome Lana Rafton to the team, our new Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Logan City, Queensland. Lana has worked with a range of different people across various ages, living with different disabilities and lived experiences. Most of her experience includes working with children, adolescents and young adults who are neurodiverse or have a brain injury.

 

Hannah Gorman (WA)

Hannah is a dedicated Speech Pathologist with an interest in early childhood, she is deeply committed to a holistic approach that encompasses the entire family unit. By prioritising collaboration and creativity, Hannah empowers families to actively participate in their child’s journey toward improved communication and overall well-being, she will be working with participants in Perth, WA.

 

Ana Pereira (NSW)

Ana is an Occupational Therapist with experience working with children and adults with disability. Ana supports physical disabilities, intellectual difficulties, developmental delays, sensory integration disorders, rheumatic diseases, and mental health illnesses. Ana is certified in Ayres’ Sensory Integration and speaks Portuguese and basic Spanish, she will be working with participants in Sydney, NSW.
