Fay is an accomplished Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, registered with the NDIS as Proficient, who has extensive experience assisting clients with complex behavioural needs. Prior to joining LiveBig, Fay held the position of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and Program Supervisor. In this role, she demonstrated her expertise by developing comprehensive behaviour plans and targeted interventions, utilising evidence-based behavioural techniques to achieve client objectives, preparing NDIS reports, leading a team of behaviour therapists, conducting regular staff training and professional development sessions, and much more.
Fay also contributed significantly to the Early Childhood sector, providing valuable support to children and families. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have someone of her calibre as part of our team and look forward to the support that she will provide to LiveBig’s clients.
