Elmo is a compassionate provisional Psychologist in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, specialising in supporting children and families, drawing on experience from Hong Kong. Elmo offers tailored interventions, and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Shehara Senanayake (VIC)
Shehara is an aspiring Speech Pathologist currently studying at La Trobe University, Shehara is an Allied Health Assistant blending her growing theoretical knowledge and practical enthusiasm to make a meaningful impact for those she works with. She is based in the Northwest of Melbourne and works closely with our speech pathology team to implement therapy plans.
Jenelle Thomson (QLD)
Jenelle is a dedicated Occupational Therapist, based in Brisbane, Queensland. Her clinical experience ranges from organisations/ clients in the areas of early intervention, Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health, return to work and more. Jenelle’s areas of expertise include holistic person-centred care and quality improvement experience.
Shaun Gossmann (QLD)
Shaun is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, based in the Gold Coast, QLD. He has experience supporting people with complex behavioural issues and promoting positive outcomes for individuals. He is experienced in working with those who have Restrictive Practices in place and mitigates their adverse effects, prioritising ethical and person-centred approaches.
Lara Powers (QLD)
Lara is our new Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, based in the Northern end of the Gold Coast, Queensland. Lara is a qualified social worker with experience in supporting people with mental health concerns and disabilities. She uses proactive strategies to reduce behaviors of concern and develops individualized plans to meet specific needs while adhering to relevant legislation. Lara’s expertise in creating and implementing support plans makes her a valuable asset to the team.
