Isabel Mandikutse (Townsville)
Isabel is a registered Positive Behaviour Support practitioner, she specialises in providing high quality interventions in the mental health and NDIS sector. Isabel has experience in direct therapy and counselling, she has worked across all age groups with various diagnoses including PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, AOD, Neuropsychological disorders and Neurodivergent disorders.
Olivia Crouch (WA)
Olivia is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, based in Rockingham. Before becoming a BSP, she worked as a counsellor for 13 years. She has worked with families, children, couples, and those specifically addressing drug and alcohol challenges. Olivia enjoys the complexities and variety that Behaviour Support brings and particularly appreciates the opportunity to advocate for those with disability.
